There is no justice in the “just-a-system”. And there never will be.

I met this guy at a party the other night and when he found out I was "Legalman" he started telling me about how my articles are "tooowooong" and that people will only read a short punchy snippet. I just handed him a juice box and signed his petition so I could get away nicely.

I met this guy the other night sitting in the “coat room” at a party.   When he found out I was “Legalman” he kept telling me all about how my articles are “tooowooong” and that he just wants 5 easy steps to “take back our country”.   I didn’t have the energy to get into it.  So  I just tossed him a juice box, politely signed his petition for whatever and excused myself to the bar for a drink.

Today I am going to show you in a very simple way, how the DESIGN of the “justice” system assures that you will never get justice. You have been told that the system in this country is “brilliant” and full of checks and balances and the greatest freedom machine ever invented and yada yada yada. That is all a fairy tale.

Let’s start with a “law”. Most of the “laws” on the books are devoid of any actual constitutional support. They are just a naked power grab. Nothing more.

Once you have a “law”, then it gets “interpreted” by an agency. Interpreted means the agency passes regulations and “enforces” the law. A regulation has the same basic practical effect as a law.

The entire “agency system itself” is laughably unconstitutional. Nothing in the Constitution gives Congress the power to transfer its law making authority to un-elected bureaucrats in some made up “agency”. Here is what the Constitution says about legislative powers:

All legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.

So it turns out that there's a whole psych movement about this giving away power thing. I thought I'd come up with it.

I was bummed when I found this guy had taken the title for my book about Congress and agencies.  Turns out his book has nothing to do with it.  So…  ChaCHing, time to do a bit of coat tailing and clickbaiting to make a buck off his pop psych bs.

Nothing in that grant of powers allows for this absurd “agency construct” where the EXECUTIVE BRANCH appoints people to then make what become in effect “laws”.  But nonetheless, that is where virtually all of the “heavy lifting” of “law enforcement” is done by the feds. How? Because the S.Ct., has conspired with its buddies in the other departments to invent it out of nothing.

Agencies are nothing but elaborate control systems BEYOND THE REACH OF THE PEOPLE AND THE STATES. They are an arm of the executive branch.

The President appoints the people who run the agencies, they aren’t elected. And remember, you have no constitutional right to even vote for the president! So this person you have no constitutional right to vote for then picks another person who you can’t vote for, to run an agency, to hire employees you’ve never heard of, who then make “laws” you’ve never agreed to, which the government then claims you “must” obey. How are you liking your freedom so far?

What are these agencies? Simple, think IRS, SEC, EPA, FCC, DEA, FDA, FHA, FEC, and on and on. They crank out thousands of new rules each year. This constant accumulation of “regs” is stacked on top of things like Obamacare, which is already thousands of pages long. Or things like the Trans Pacific Trade agreement, which was drafted in secret. It came in at over 5000 pages.

Obviously it is impossible to know what rules even exist under such a system. But that is no defense according to your master. They insist they can enforce whatever rules they invent however they care to invent them. And who is the sole arbiter of what rules can be enforced and what is a proper way to create them? You guessed it, the same government who made the rules.

Once a rule is in place, the DOJ acts as the lawyer for the government. The DOJ is just another agency run by yet another unelected person, the Attorney General. The entire concept of a huge professional cadre of lawyers (the DOJ) running around being paid by the people to sue the people civilly and criminally with thousands upon thousands of “law violations” has no basis at all in the constitution. If you think it does, then simply show me where that power is in the constitution.

Why would the people have ever given so much power to a bunch of unelected “officials” with a basically limitless check book to harass them? They wouldn’t. They didn’t.

I was chatting with an Ex prosecutor the other day and he kept going on and on about how he was this brilliant chess player. So I invited him to a game. When I asked him what was up with the board set up he told me that's how he always played.

I was chatting with an Ex prosecutor the other day and he kept going on and on about how he was this brilliant chess player. So I invited him to a game. When I asked him what was up with the board set up he told me that’s how he always played.  I wasn’t surprised.

Ask yourself, how can anyone defend themselves against such a system? they can’t….. Get it? Now you are starting to see what the real system is.

So the DOJ, the government, is in charge of prosecuting you, the citizen, to enforce a rule that a government agency, like say the EPA, created. This situation creates an ABSURD conflict of interest in the realm of prosecutorial discretion.

“Prosecutorial discretion” is a HUGE DEAL. HUGE. Think about the power to only enforce the laws against certain people. Remember how the DOJ “decided” that Lois Lerner’s actions while running the IRS didn’t warrant any criminal charges? Do you think you would get such a break? THAT is the power of prosecutorial discretion my friend. It is a HIDDEN POWER. IF the gov’t decides to come after you, you’ve already lost! If they choose “not to” because you’re a favored party, then you win and nobody ever KNOWS.

Now think about the power a private individual has who KNOWS the gov’t won’t come after him for violations?  What kind of a chance do you have against a person like that? NONE.  That is what the system is actually about.  Giving people with access and privilege the power to ignore the law while the government crushes their competition. Got it?

You can’t have the same party, the government, in charge of deciding who to prosecute under its own laws!  Prosecutorial discretion needs to be exercised by a separate and independent body that does not have a dog in the potential fight. A party that does NOT ANSWER to the feds in ANY WAY. That is what a real check and balance would look like. But lets continue with the freedom.

The person running the EPA has immunity. The person running the DOJ has immunity. The lawyer working the case for the DOJ has immunity. How are these unelected “officials” in any way accountable? They aren’t. The only people who can investigate them are more members of the SAME GOVERNMENT. Many times the same agency they work for, or the DOJ. Who watches these people? More of the SAME government. Do you see the reality yet?

If the government decides to go after you, then you will be investigated by the FBI. Where is there any constitutional authority for the feds to have some giant police force constantly investigating the citizens in secret and keeping records on everyone and running around pointing guns at the citizens? Surely a power that broad and dangerous is clearly spelled out in the constitution.  HA.

Look I'm not here to judge. If you want the the gov't to have the power to do whatever it wants, then knock yourself out. I'm just saying, I don't agree to it.

Look I’m not here to judge. If you want the the gov’t to do this to you, then knock yourself out. I’m just saying, they don’t have any authority to do this, I never agreed to it and it’s not something I want.

The fact is, that the very idea of a “Police force” and therefore an FBI, didn’t even EXIST when the constitution was “ratified”. So it is absurd for the Feds to claim that they were given this power. They weren’t. It isn’t in there.

The FBI is just another unconstitutional governmental agency with an unelected person running it with unelected employees who all have immunity FROM YOU when they screw up or go after you. The only difference? They carry guns and will shoot you with immunity as WELL. lol

Then you get hauled before an unelected judge who sits for life and has full immunity for whatever he says or writes about you publicly in his “court” regardless of what a pack of lies it is. Don’t think that happens? My friend I have personal experience. It happens all the time. And where did the courts get this immunity? Surely THAT’S in the constitution? No. The courts gave it to THEMSELVES.

So the government makes a rule, then the government decides whether to prosecute you, then that same government “investigates you” and then brings you in front of yet the same government’s judge/employee for a trial?? This is the brilliant freedom machine you imagine exists? Where is the check and balance?

This unelected judge then controls who gets to testify, what the witnesses can testify to, what evidence comes in to trial, how long you get to put on your defense, what you have to “turn over” to the same government, what that government has to turn over to YOU and on and on. Does that sound fair to you?

The judge then decides who can sit on the jury, what the jury hears and sees as evidence, then what questions the jury will answer, and what interpretation of “the law” the jury “must use” when deliberating.

The government then uses its own witnesses from the FBI or the EPA and its own “findings” from its own “labs” and its own “studies” as the evidence presented by the government lawyer in front of the government judge to try you.

Then even after all of that, if the judge doesn’t like what the jury finds, he can grant his employer a new trial to take another shot at you, or he can reduce your award, or add to the award in favor of his employer. And if you don’t like the outcome from this government lackey, then you have to appeal to yet another group of employees of the same government you just lost to.

My client was concerned when we walked in to the court. I assured him this was perfectly normal.

My client was concerned when we walked in to the court and he saw what was going on and who was there.  I assured him that it was all very standard.

All of this is while you have to pay for all of the peoples’ salaries who are involved in prosecuting you. Oh, and you have to pay for your own lawyer regardless whether you win or lose. Who can even afford to hire a lawyer to fight a “50 count” federal indictment? That will cost millions! Relax, the same government will now pay for you to have “a lawyer”. LOL so your lawyer is now being paid by the same government who is prosecuting you and paying the judge and the witnesses against you?? You can’t make this stuff up.

And guess what happens to you on the civil side when the gov’t swoops in with a 180 page federal complaint alleging 40 different “violations”. Well, congratulations, you are now officially bankrupt. lol

And remember, the lawyers, judges, and witnesses involved in prosecuting you risk NOTHING. No money, hell, you’re paying them. And if there is any allegation of wrongdoing against them who investigates it? Right, the SAME GOVERNMENT who has employed them to screw you.

THERE IS NO SEMBLANCE OF ANYTHING THAT ANY OBJECTIVE PERSON COULD EVER CALL JUSTICE IN THIS KANGAROO SYSTEM.  NOTHING.  ANYONE WHO DEFENDS IT IS EITHER IN ON IT OR DELUSIONAL.

Conflict of interest is a very serious issue in the law. If you are a fiduciary and you engage in a conflict of interest you will get POUNDED by the other side. Think PUNITITIVE DAMAGES my friend.

Certainly any entity which claims to represent you, i.e. your government, owes YOU a fiduciary obligation. But look at the conflict of interest. BOTH THE JUDGE AND THE OTHER LAWYER AND THE WITNESSES IN THE CASE ALL WORK FOR THE SAME EMPLOYER. The same party trying to convict YOU. The same party that made the rule it claims you violated. The same party that decides on the “legitimacy” of the very rule it invented and is using!! Lol This is the very definition of a fatal conflict of interest at every level.

Look at what I have just shown you. All of the people involved are unelected. All have immunity. All have conflicts of interest. If just one party in the justice system had just one of those problems it would be cause to question the legitimacy of the system. But in your freedom machine every single person has ALL OF THEM! The system is nothing but a Stalin Show trial!

I watched some of the last "debate". I think it has gotten too commercial.

I watched some of the last “debate” to try and get a few laughs  Wow, they need to get a new story line, this one is getting old.  My GF got up nice and close to see how how much makeup the candidates were wearing.  What a charade.  I think she got most of it posted to FB.  Or maybe it was put up on Twitter.  That stuff looks so f’ing real.  Amazing.

Yet still the people will run off to foreign lands to kill people with the idea that they are going to spread this freedom.

My brainwashed friend the justice system is a fraud. Top to bottom, front to back, side to side. It isn’t a matter of whether we have Stone Cold Steve Austin “Trump” or the Undertaker “Clinton” as our “president”. There will never be any “justice” under a system like this.

The only reason people don’t see the reality is that they are under a massive delusion created by, you guessed it, the same government. It brainwashes the people with its curriculum in its mandatory schools from grade school through graduate school. The people are taught lies at every level. They are told what to think.

I have showed you the reality. There is no arguing with it, because it is all just FACT.

The heart of the great con is that the people have been made to believe that the feds are in charge of telling the people what the feds powers are. Instead of the other way around!!

As a practical matter the feds accomplish this sleight of hand by convincing the people that the S.Ct. tells the people what the extent of its own powers are and what the extent of its own employer’s powers are. Think how absurd that idea is. They tell us what we agreed to let them do??? That makes NO sense. It turns the whole thing on its head!!  Yet when you boil all the bulls**t down, that is what they have convinced people is “the law”.  And to top it off, they have convinced the people that it is that upside down nonsense that makes our system so “brilliant”. lol

Do you see the scam yet? The idea of a “check and balance” doesn’t work when the same party is doing its own checking and balancing!!

Here Hillary helps the DOJ out by pointing out people they need to investigate. This won't be necessary once the facial recognition software is linked to the IRS forms and your webhistory in the new Web Freedom and Protection bill that is just about to get signed.

Here Hillary is using the old school technique to identify people in the crowd she wants investigated.   This won’t be necessary once the facial recognition software is fully integrated into the IRS, DOJ, website and linked to your webhistory all linked to a convenient gov’t “eyes only” clearance app for droid or apple. Then getting the wheels of justice rolling will be a simple point and click away.  And this is just one of the features  that the new 6 billion dollar Web Freedom and Protection app will provide. Remember, if we can just save one child, then it will all be worth it.

The justice system will never produce justice for the people because it is not designed to do that. YOU are the intended VICTIM of the justice system. The system will never be reformed from within the system itself because that would mean those with the power would have to voluntarily give up their power. That never happens.

Power is taken. It is not relinquished voluntarily. That is why the system is not redeemable. Any and all talk about elections and amendments and other silliness is just that. Silliness. A huge time sink. A con. A distraction. Promulgated by dupes and knaves to keep the people busy imagining that they are “doing something”.

I could go on and on pointing out contradictions and absurdities within the “freedom machine” that we are told our government is, but, the article is already long and, as Al Pacino said in Scent of a Woman, “I’m too old, I’m too tired, and I’m too f’ing blind. If I was half the man I was 5 years ago I would take a FLAME THROWER TO THIS PLACE!” lol.

So that’s it for today. Honestly when I look at how absurd and obvious it is I just feel sad that people are this lost. The people insist on clinging to their illusions. Open your eyes my friend. Look at what is right in front of you.

Take care my brainwashed Brethren and probably soon to be fellow inmates lol. Move towards the light, and if you have the energy, go tell someone the truth about the law.

And the truth shall set you free.

And the truth shall set you free.

Here’s a little sump’n sump’n if you want a laugh and to see you’re not alone.

Congrats Legalman, you outdid yourself this time, your finest posting yet. The entire government/legal industry racket is a class A scam. Having government bureaucrats scrutinize their fellow bureaucrats for fucking people over is tantamount to La Cosa Nostra forming a committee to investigate organized crime. The maggots back each other and cover for each other all the way up and down the line. So very few people realize that the unelected (not that elections mean anything other than to amuse the masses) 4th branch of government, the administrative bureaus and agencies with their millions of codes, rules, and regulations and their faceless, untouchable enforcers is far and away the most powerful. Aside from the well known FBI, DEA and CIA, there are 45 federal (not counting state) agencies wherein the members carry badges, cuffs, guns, and possess the arbitrary power to arrest. Why that would make Papa Joe Stalin of the old USSR blush with envy. Ain’t living in a slobocracy wonderful?

LOL, slobocracy. That’s a good one Hereticdrummer. Glad you enjoyed it. The entire system really is such a laughable farce isn’t it. And people think this is somehow freedom or representation or some such thing. So utterly brainwashed it boggles the mind. 45 agencies carrying badges and guns. My God. The idiocy. Please just show me the authority for even one such agency. Just one. glad you’re here. We need to stick together for our own sanity if nothing else. lol take care.– L

Glad you got a kick out of my term for “our” system of governance. Nothing drives home better than what you are affirming than the following. Several years ago I read a book on crime and their was a chapter on a notorious, high level CIA agent whose name eludes me. This guy said, (quote/paraphrase) – “I love my job, it is the best in the world. I can literally murder, rape, burglarize, commit arson, aggravated assault, any felony you can imagine and I have complete immunity from prosecution!” There it is. So much for constitutional accountability. Imagine the number of soulless ghouls like this joker in the USSA.

Sad but true Heretic. Many who go in to those lines of work probably go in for the right reason and become callous or quit when they see the realities. But many others go in just for the bad reasons that person said. So long as the duped masses can be convinced that we are the good guy “fighting terror” et al, there is not much to do but stay alert and keep your head down. I think ultimately the whole thing is so far along and so well tied down that those running it don’t ever worry about the masses in this country. I saw about 15 minutes of the so called debate last night and honest to God I couldn’t believe any sane person could watch that and think it was serious or real. Really not even much of a show. Farce on top of farce and bad writing to boot. Just utterly asinine. Yet today an entire industry of analysts and knaves jump on board discussing it as though it was real. And people who see themselves as “informed” walk around talking about it as though it was something genuine. If people can be duped by something that stupid, then there is no chance. Remember, when they did “war of the worlds” and the country went crazy, they took commercial breaks and continually reminded people that it was fiction! yet still the helpless masses went into hysteria. Pathetic really. Seeing the reality is like living in a looney asylum. you can’t get out and Nurse Ratchet is waiting to give me my pills. lol — L

Sadly you’re right Nona. All of the power is with THE PEOPLE. But the people are so lost that they can’t see. What the brilliant French philosopher Estienne de La Boétie said 500 years ago is still true today. Those in power have no power except that given to them by the poor brainwashed masses who act as his bill collectors, and henchmen and bodyguards and tax collectors and jailers and on and on. His book A Discourse on Voluntary Servitude is one of my favorites and I highly recommend it to anyone. Here is just one quote.

Poor, wretched, and stupid peoples, nations determined on your own misfortune and blind to your own good! You let yourselves be deprived before your own eyes of the best part of your revenues; your fields are plundered, your homes robbed, your family heirlooms taken away. You live in such a way that you cannot claim a single thing as your own; and it would seem that you consider yourselves lucky to be loaned your property, your families, and your very lives. All this havoc, this misfortune, this ruin, descends upon you not from alien foes, but from the one enemy whom you yourselves render as powerful as he is, for whom you go bravely to war, for whose greatness you do not refuse to offer your own bodies unto death. He who thus domineers over you has only two eyes, only two hands, only one body, no more than is possessed by the least man among the infinite numbers dwelling in your cities; he has indeed nothing more than the power that you confer upon him to destroy you. Where has he acquired enough eyes to spy upon you, if you do not provide them yourselves? How can he have so many arms to beat you with, if he does not borrow them from you? The feet that trample down your cities, where does he get them if they are not your own? How does he have any power over you except through you? How would he dare assail you if he had no cooperation from you? What could he do to you if you yourselves did not connive with the thief who plunders you, if you were not accomplices of the murderer who kills you, if you were not traitors to yourselves? You sow your crops in order that he may ravage them, you install and furnish your homes to give him goods to pillage; you rear your daughters that he may gratify his lust; you bring up your children in order that he may confer upon them the greatest privilege he knows — to be led into his battles, to be delivered to butchery, to be made the servants of his greed and the instruments of his vengeance; you yield your bodies unto hard labor in order that he may indulge in his delights and wallow in his filthy pleasures; you weaken yourselves in order to make him the stronger and the mightier to hold you in check. From all these indignities, such as the very beasts of the field would not endure, you can deliver yourselves if you try, not by taking action, but merely by willing to be free. Resolve to serve no more, and you are at once freed. I do not ask that you place hands upon the tyrant to topple him over, but simply that you support him no longer; then you will behold him, like a great Colossus whose pedestal has been pulled away, fall of his own weight and break in pieces.

Clearly it is human nature. I wish it were different. But this is why I get so tired of people asking me for some simple 5 step solution. Or why all the efforts at an Article V convention are misplaced. They won’t work. You have to open peoples’ minds to a higher truth. Without that, whatever progress is made, will shortly be lost. Take care. — L

I came across this quote recently and it seems to go with your article Legalman:

“…All the other animals on Earth understand what life is and who they are, and they know the real laws of the world, and they simply live by them. They don’t need animal police, and they don’t wage animal wars. They don’t have animal gangs who run around destroying other animals homes just for the fun of it or to hoard all of the food even though they could never eat it all, but only don’t want others to be able to eat. The animals wouldn’t put up with that for one second even if it ever did happen in their kingdom.”

So, why do we put up with the nonsense?

Well Bill I suspect that the thing that makes us superior to the animals in certain ways, is, like EVERYTHING else, a double edged sword. And thus we are subject to the downfalls that come with the potential upside. I won’t get into my own personal beliefs about the nature of these things, but I think that a moments reflection on this theory will demonstrate that there is much there to consider. You don’t get the highs without the lows. Everything has another side to it. And the simple fact is that a very small number of very badly motivated individuals have been taking advantage of this human weakness for a very long time. And from what I can see. There are no signs they are letting up. In fact, if I had to guess, we are going down faster each day as the issue compounds.

That’s why I say the best defense is knowledge and then getting your mind right. Because fighting this monstrosity is not realistic as long as the poor brainwashed masses are around. So we have to stick together. Take care. — L

Joe, I was in fed prison camp for 15 months. The most knowledgeable people on the subject of federal jurisdiction were there with me. One man got an extra 10 years for telling the judge he didn’t have jurisdiction over the man. The man lost and got 13 years. When I left he was still in the hole. Take your time and be happy they didnt give more. Pray that you get camp status and you meet the truest people in your life if you are open. It brought more awareness to the true nature of the system than any thing else could. You don’t need luck, you need patience. You can get better or you can get bitter. But you can’t do both. Keep you heart open and your eyes open and you will be fine. Love you brother and I believe you can make it.

Spot On Legal Man!!!! If anyone needs more proof how corrupt the legal system is, check out California’s AB590 Sargent Shrivers Civil Right to Counsel Act. Supposedly enacted to provide Counsel in Civil Cases to the poor, disabled, indigent in matters affecting Basic Human Needs. i.e. Child Custody, Housing, etc. Nothing more than a $60 million dollar slush fund paid for by you guessed it, We The People! “In a sytem were you can be arrested for stealing a candy bar at your local 7-11 store and are guaranteed counsel, Criminal Law- but on the other side of the coin, Civil Law- you can lose your house, your job, your children, your whole life’s work because you cannot afford counsel, something is truly wrong……

After having 2 face-to-face confrontations with the late William H. Rehnquist, former Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court, I tried to imagine a picture which would save me the proverbial thousand words that are normally required to convey a complex concept.

Imagine a chess board that is tilted up to a 45-degree angle. All white pieces are gone, except for the King, who is situated on the white King’s starting square,

Now, imagine that all 16 black pieces have moved forward 4 squares, and they are now situated on the squares just across the mid-line, in white’s half of the chess board.

Black moves first (because we are obviously not observing standard chess rules here).

This is the Rehnquist version of chess, and you’ll see, in what follows, exactly why this is not such an outrageous way of describing federal litigation, as I have experienced it to date.

I have been engaged to inform people of their rights, pointing them in a direction to preserve their freedom for the past 8, going on 9 years (much less than many of you who have more knowledge than I have been able to formulate in my short term of “service”). My allegiance has been to share truth and preserving love in the best manner possible. It has become very clear that this country is, through propaganda, “the land of the deceived and the home of the enslaved (minds).”

This past Monday, November 9th, I was sentenced to a Federal Correction Facility, and was granted the “privilege” (Hahaha) to self surrender on January 6, 2016. Feeling as the White King on the aforementioned chess board, I come forward to also testify any hope of the other white pieces coming to the aid of a king in distress, is pretty much a futile thought.

Regardless of the ridicule from others who are less fortunate than I, being that they do not desire the light of truth, but rather cower to the allegations, assumptions, presumptions and fearmongering through intimidation from a “falsely delegated corporate authority”, which throws as many lies at the wall as possible in hopes that enough of their perversion will stick, so they can then wallow in their own self satisfied truth – I view the prospect of being a political prisoner somewhat of a victory!

Persecution is at first painful, but then a certain numbness overcomes the frustration, although the pain of being thrown under the bus has been quite painful at times, I consider myself blessed, that I know the truth and regardless of where my body is, I remain free in my mind.

If I were to appeal the case, I feel the sentencing guideline of 8 years would come back into play. The judge used discretion and issued a downward adjustment to the guidelines with a sentence of 3 years. I think he is one of a few who really saw the truth, but could not ignore the rules he is required to operate in. I would appreciate any thought or ideas that may shed further light for me to adhere too in regards to appealing, or if I should simply fire my “DOJ appointed attorneys” and file an objection to due process of law and demand requiring them to prove they have jurisdiction over me, being that I have filed a revocation of election with a corrected ss5. As much as I have learned, I know there is always more and may very well be missing something that is only a reach away.

Thank you to each of you who have shared in this thread! I will forever be grateful to have experienced sharing the truth with REAL freedom lovers and not those who THINK they are free when they have no clue as to what has happened!

Greetings Joe. What exactly were you charged with and convicted of? What do you plan on using as the basis of your appeal?

          Hello H-drummer!

12 counts of wire fraud (overbroad and improper, but a great deceptive definition to messing with the banking scheme – helping homeowners in foreclosure see the light and stand for truth against the massive mortgage fraud – all of it is fraud, as there is no money for them to lend, only our credit).

It all began with the SEC in through an administrative process, saying they were investigating a Ponzi scheme and would not provide an injured party nor valid cause of action . I was told “they could not discuss that with me”. From that civil action, I halted operations (looking back I should have kept going). For over a year there was nothing “brought forward” other than entering a settlement, when a son (without direct knowledge of the action being taken for his Mother) felt my efforts were not helping his mother. This son visited the FBI and an indictment for the wire fraud charges was forced, using intimidation of my own son to testify before me. My son was 19 at the time. The combined time has been over 3 years since the SEC first began their investigation.

My basis would be to file “DEFENDANT’S OBJECTION TO DENIAL OF DUE PROCESS OF LAW AND DEMAND FOR DISCLOSURE OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL AUTHORITY THAT GIVES THE COURT THE CAPACITY TO TAKE JURISDICTION AND ENTER JUDGMENTS, ORDERS, AND DECREES IN FAVOR OF THE UNITED STAES ARISING FROM A CIVIL OR CRIMINAL PROCEEDING REGARDING A DEBT, IN BERNALILLO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO”

Certified delivery of a correction to an ss5 and revocation of election have been performed, although from what I now am seeing, may have null effect, other than expressing my intent to separate from the illegitimate hoax, which they may very well ignore or attempt to use against me.

Anything of light or positive nature would be encouraging, to say the least.

          Thanks again!

correction ** my son was intimidated by Fed Bur of Invest to testify before the Fed Grandest Jury. How convenient for the banksters eh?

I see Joe. Permit me to comment on jurisdiction. Chairman Mao said “Power comes out of the barrel of a gun”. Just substitute jurisdiction for power and you have the essence of the American legal/court system. I knew some fellow acting pro se in his case and he was challenging the court’s jurisdiction, meaning jurisdiction of the subject matter or the court’s authority to adjudicate. The judge smiled and said, “Of course I have jurisdiction, you’re here aren’t you?” So much for the illusory “rule of law.” It’s all a soothing fairy tale. By the way, never fall for that “Sovereign Citizen” patriot mythological horse manure. Anyone with two brain cells to rub together can see that the term”Sovereign Citizen” is an oxymoron.

          3. Alan Donelson

Hereticdrummer, I wonder if “sovereign citizen” is not more of a “redundancy” than an “oxymoron”. I suspect Legalman could set us straight right away. After all, we have one phrase to deconstruct and two words to define, then off we go, looking for legal context. Another posting for Legalman!! No wonder there are so many lawyers! FULL Disclosure: Currently, ALL my clients are lawyers. Cheers!

          4. Hereticdrummer

Alan; You cannot be a “Sovereign Citizen” anymore than you you be a brave coward or a strong weakling. If you are sovereign, you call the shots. If you are a citizen, you are subject to the shot caller. Ignore or disobey him at your own peril.

Well I hesitate to weigh in too deeply. I have repeatedly advised against any of the jurisdiction “all cap letters” type of claims. It matters not if they are “correct or not”. They will NOT succeed. They will never be allowed to succeed. I wrote about the credit river case. All you have to do is read those posts to see reality in action. But if someone put a gun to my cat’s head and said answer I would say that the phrase in reality is an oxymoron. But the way it is used by those who believe it, probably more of a redundancy. The believers imagine that they have RIGHTS THEY CAN EXERCISE beyond those the gov’t allows. That is the big mistake they make. Of course the theory sounds great about getting rights from god etc. But the reality is whatever right you have is useless if it can’t be exercised. And THAT is the key. A sovereign is a supreme ruler of something. Under classic liberal/libertarian philosophy we own ourselves etc. And of course a citizen is the SUBJECT of an authority. So the misled believers imagine that they are their own ruler in theory AND therefore in practice. They aren’t. About the only freedom they can exercise is the choice to challenge the state on this issue and thus be imprisoned or killed by the state. That is reality. No amount of legal argument will change that fact within the legal system set up by the state. All attempts will end sadly. UNLESS it is the state itself acting as a sort of agent provocateur to lure others into the cause, a “honey pot” so to speak. The recipient of such largess could be an unknowing rube, or a co-conspirator agent. Anyone looking in would never be able to tell. In such a case there might be a “victory”. And I don’t doubt for a second that those are in fact the only victories that these misled individuals could ever point to. But I pity the man who tries to emulate those outcomes. It will not end well. lol

And that is my two cents. — L

          6. Joe

            Thanks Hereticdrummer!

            Alan,

            Sovereign: king or majesty
            Citizen: Municipal object

Would lead one to think it is an oxymoron; but, then again Citizen could also be CON-strued (CON-structed) as “resident alien to the federal zone”, making the word “citizen” an foreign entity to a foreign entity which is a redundancy. Pretty much everything I know now serves a duality purpose.

I would imagine, for the sake of the question raised, this would need to be deciphered as a fractional equation. If the word “citizen” is in itself an oxymoron, then it would have to be questioned to exist in the first instance, making sovereign the only legitimate part to the equation. Then again, “legitimate” does not “reign” in the world of “corruption”, so the interpretation of “sovereign” would also have to be left at the mere self interpretation of what is true to each individual? As in – mirror, mirror.

Anyway – to spare any further supposition that could be falsely interpreted by “a gents”, I do know who I am and that is really all that matters 🙂 Other than sharing the truth to others so they can also see through the b.s. and know who they are through the combined truth we all possess.

            Cheers!

GOD bless you, Joe, and thank you for sharing this most recent chapter of your life. As one who testifies as an expert witness, as a scientist and researcher who enjoys immensely the interface of science and law and medicine — each of those words I should constrain with quotation marks, I know — I have no basis whatsoever to advise you. What I offer to you, in gratitude for your post, has more to do with putting myself in your place and contemplating how I would decide.

Recalling my brief involvement with NORML years ago, I would first remind myself of my having accepted the admonition “if you can’t do the time, don’t do the crime”. I would then accept the sentence as “handed down” for sojourning in a “Federal correctional facility”, which here I assume is NOT a Federal prison. I would pray and intend to love the hell out of that experience! I would take the opportunity to see “that of GOD in every man” — not sexist, I presume you will encounter few if any females not garbed up with weapons and other accouterments of guardianship. I would practice meditation and kundalini yoga while in the “correctional facility, write and study as resources permit, and prepare for the next chapter of my life, breathing deeply of my inherent, innate, and inalienable freedom all the while!!

Speaking for myself, and not our host, Legalman, I for one look forward to hearing from you again, how it went and how it goes for you.

Alan, thank you for your input … venturing off into any field of the unknown seems to always be accompanied by a warmth, others may confuse as fear. Perhaps this is a step into a more revealing chapter of the sinister nature that tends to bind; or, perhaps a lift and presence that will reveal a brighter aspect as to what can be accomplished in “my next chapter” or work to bring about positive change. Then again, at the pace things are going, I truly believe brighter change may occur while taking a vacation on the “money” the ignorant are so attached to, which technically doesn’t exist! Other than the faith and credit which sustains the same fraud which encapsulates their souls!

So much for trying eh? lol 🙂

I am sorry to hear all that Joe. I wish I had an answer. I don’t. It is exactly things like this that are the reason I don’t offer up 5 steps to take back our country or advice on how to “defend yourself against the coming collapse” or on and on. They won’t work. The system is what it is and it is WAY too powerful and vested. I don’t ever recommend that people try and approach the system to “reform it”. That is suicide. If you want to commit suicide then attack the system in a way that threatens the system, and as soon as you get any traction you will start having problems. I GARE RUN TEE IT, just like the mens’s warehouse ads used to. lol

It isn’t going to change until enough people wake up. Education is the key. People have to WANT to educate themselves. And nobody can make anybody WANT to do that for themselves. It must come from within that person. And I simply do not believe that is going to happen on a large enough scale, and I’m quite sure those running the scam KNOW it isn’t. What with their nonstop Tavistock head games and research and constant “impulse testing”. Most people have no chance. So I write more for my own sanity. Certainly not with any foolish notion that I will actually change the system.

And in fact I have less and less interest in even writing at all for the public. I may just stop publishing at all. Why take any chance of bringing on any wrath even when I am no threat at all to the system? The people aren’t going to help me. They will just go on their own way. But I still write some because it is crazy making to be in a world where everyone around you believes such obvious lies and writing it down is cathartic. And I also think that those running the system LIKE having opposition like my site. They need it. It makes the system appear to be one where counter opinions are not only out there, but many who read it may even think they can take the ideas to a “petition” and make changes!! So I save the ptb’s the trouble of having to run one less controlled opp site themselves and I pose no risk since my ideas are WAAAAYY Way Way too far out to ever catch on or even be believed, much less implemented??!! So I’m kind of a win win for them.

The masses will continue to be blind. I think it is just the human condition. I don’t think there is any system that can work with this many people. Once you get more people than is in a workable size group where there can be community knowledge about people and their reputations the system WILL BREAKDOWN. The criminal political class and those seeking to use that class will emerge and be unaccountable. Once that occurs, it is game over. It is more a matter of size than anything else. Human nature is not designed for such large population masses. And that is that.

I have no expectation of changing jack shi* because that is a fantasy. It is a scam sold by hucksters trying to make a buck with a book or a show. The real problems are never addressed. They are never raised. And so it is clear that solutions can never be implemented since the problems are not being discussed. Band aids for heart attack victims can never work. Arguing about how many to use and how big they should be and where they should be placed on the body is a waste of time. But that is an analogous situation to the “fixes” being raised and discussed ad nauseum. NO PUBLIC FIGURE or leader or analyst or radio show host or columnist ever addresses any of the FUNDAMENTAL problems like I do here. And they NEVER WILL. That is why those people are pushed and rewarded by the system. Think Limbaugh, Levin, Krauthamer, Crystal, Mr. No spin zone, or Hannity, or Lou Dobbs or on and on. Dupes or Knaves happy to continue to snow the masses and pull a huge paycheck in return. Those in charge know it matters not whether the proposals people like that suggest are implemented or not. Because the proposals don’t do anything about the real problems. The old, “get them arguing about the wrong questions and it doesn’t matter what answers they find”. AND THAT is what all politics and “reform nonsense” is about. A giant Distractions to keep the people busy imagining they are “doing something”. No different than when your 5 year old wants to help on a project where his “help” will only cause more problems. What do you do? Simple, you give him a task that does not affect the actual project and he is happy and feels like he has contributed. THAT is what all public discussion is, and the population is the 5 year old. They just don’t know it. Just like the 5 year old has no idea what he is doing in the bigger picture. I just can’t make it any clearer.

I wish I had a cheerier message for you Joe. I wish I had some helpful advice, but I don’t. I am glad you seem resolved. I am sorry so many people are so lost in the idiocy. I wonder each day if there is some way to wake people from their stupor. All those people listening to those fools who spout “conservative values” and other nonsense. The people can’t see that those people, well meaning or not, are simply the right “tack” to the sailboats left “tack” helping to guide the boat to its predetermined destination.

I wish you the best my friend. — L

Great, heart-felt, truth-telling rant, Legalman. You know, George Carlin (RIP, GC, you deserve It!!) left a hefty vacuum and NATURE just abhors vacuums. If you would accept, then I would nominate you in an instant to assist in occupying the space George created by his departure. In doing so, you will continue to do us all a service.

Thank you Legalman … unfortunately, I do see what you are saying in your writings. I appreciate your insight and value it as you clearly possess more experience and knowledge in law. I have learned much through engagement on levels I never imagined in my life. Having 5 children, my only concern has been to identify a clear path for them and my 4 grandchildren. I do not bring this up for empathy or for any feelings, but rather for the fact that I do believe there is a way, a way that is brighter and more prone to attract those who KNOW there is something wrong. That will remain to be my quest, however near or far it may be from reality.

Here is to sticking together in sharing the problem, and more importantly staying open to any options that will progress mankind into a lighter dimension of existence!

Joe I think you have found the answer already. The answer is within each of us. Our journey here is about our own growth. so long as people measure their own progress based solely upon the material existence they see, they will be disappointed and misled. But growth does not come without struggle. Nobody can do it for us. But more importantly nobody and no circumstance can stop us from doing it for ourselves. We alone control our own fate. Because the real struggle is within ourselves. And you’re right, it helps to have others around who are like minded for support. We have to stick together. You’re always welcome here my friend. Take care. — L

Let me get this straight. If I become a sovereign citizen, and am forced to stand before a ‘Judge’ in any place other than the (sic,) District of Columbia, I can merely demand that their so-called “Official” produce a living document of proof of jurisdiction, and, “by Law” this ” Judge” must terminate these (sic) “proceedings,” and depart the (sic) “court room,” or s/he will in turn be guilty of an “unconstitutional Federal Offense.”

Proof of this reality exists. The only remaining question is this: Why aren’t we, (the terminally fed-up) racing to fill out that one-page form and gleefully sending a copy to the IRS on April Fools Day instead of bending over at the food stamp office and begging to have a you-know-what rammed up our rear ends?

Good to hear from you ol’Pappy. I’m glad to see that you haven’t lost your ability to spot true quality. lol Everything is designed to have people work within a bundle of assumptions that have no basis. All I do is examine the fundamental building blocks. As long as they can get people arguing about how to “fix’ the DOJ or how to “clean up” the FBI or whatever it is, they have won. Because it is the structure of the system that causes the problems, not the one bad apple nonsense. They know they are running a con. The key is don’t let anyone figure it out. — L
